Can I change my pin choice(s) after I submit my survey?
Yes! Until I lock orders, you can revisit your survey and adjust your pin designs and add-ons. Once orders are locked (closer to production/fulfillment), further changes may not be possible, so please double-check everything before then.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yep! You can update your shipping address any time before I lock addresses, which will be closer to shipping in March–April 2026. If you move after that, please message me ASAP so we can see what’s possible!

How do I choose which Pokémon and Filler Pins I get in my pledge?
In your BackerKit survey, you’ll see sections for Pokémon Pins, Filler Pins, or bundled sets. The number you can choose in each section matches what your pledge level includes (plus any extra pins you grabbed as add-ons). Just pick your favorite designs from the unlocked options!

I added extra pins during the campaign, where do those show up?
Any campaign add-ons you selected (extra pins, etc.) will appear in your BackerKit survey! You’ll see those items listed, and you’ll be able to choose their specific designs there as well.

What happened with the Kanto Trio Challenge?

I picked Bulbasaur or Charmander as a Kanto Trio add-on, so what happens to my pledge?
Since Bulbasaur and Charmander won’t be produced for this campaign, any Kanto Trio add-ons for those designs will be converted into BackerKit credit. When you fill out your survey, you’ll see that credit and can use it to pick Squirtle with Sunglasses or any other available add-ons instead!

Will Bulbasaur, Charmander, or any other designs that weren't unlocked ever be made?
Absolutely! They just won’t be produced as part of this campaign’s manufacturing run. I’ll revisit those designs for a future project or release, however, there’s no confirmed plan or date right now.

How do the Takoyaki and Dango filler pin variants work?
If you choose the Tepig Enamel Pin as part of your Pokémon Pin + Filler Pin bundle, you’ll get to pick between the two Filler Pin variants, the Takoyaki and the Dango, in your survey. Both the Takoyaki Filler Pin and the Dango Filler Pin will also be available as add-ons!

When will my rewards ship?

How are orders being shipped?
Orders will ship from Texas using tracked services (like USPS Ground Advantage for US orders and USPS First-Class Package International or similar for international orders). You’ll receive tracking once your package goes out.

I’m outside the US. Will I have to pay VAT or customs fees?
Unfortunately, yes. I’m a small creator in the US and I do not collect VAT through BackerKit. All international orders (including EU & UK) ship DDU – Delivery Duties Unpaid, which means your local postal service or customs office may charge VAT and/or handling fees on delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the backer.

Can you ship vinyl stickers to the EU?
Unfortunately, no. Although my enamel pins are shipped in compliance with EU GPSR requirements, my vinyl stickers are not currently EU-compliant, so I may need to remove vinyl sticker add-ons from EU orders and refund/credit that portion. If you’re in the EU and are unsure, feel free to message me through BackerKit.

Do you grade your pins (A/B grades)?
Yes! I hand-inspect pins and ship standard / A-grade pins for all pledges and add-ons. B-grade pins (with minor cosmetic flaws) may be sold separately or used for special sales in the future, but they won’t be sent in place of A-grade pins unless explicitly labeled or offered as such.

Please contact me through BackerKit as soon as you notice an issue, with photos of the issue! I’ll do my best to fix the problem, whether that means a replacement (if available) or another solution.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
